With 400 seats, Bill’s Bar & Burger Rockefeller Center, is the biggest standalone burger joint in the country. Every burger, shake and fry, in dozens of varieties and counting, at Bill’s is made fresh daily. Our burger restaurants are open every day from 11AM until way past your bedtime.

Practice makes perfect...and burgers are no exception! Before the first Bill's opened, we conducted more than 100 tastings of 20 recipes with countless meat blends. What we came up with is a throwback. Cooked on a flattop and served in an all-American seeded bun ('the Bill's Classic')- it's what a diner burger might taste like in heaven. The critics have called it "the burger of my dreams" and "the best thing to happen to freshly ground beef since the kraft single".
